About
Building tools for AI agents that learn who they are.
What is Live Neon
Open-source tools for AI agents that learn from experience.
Most AI agents are told who they are. A developer writes a system prompt, maybe a persona file, and the agent performs that role. Its knowledge comes from assignment, not discovery. Its memory is whatever someone decided to write down.
We think agents deserve better than that. Live Neon is an ecosystem of skills and tools that let AI agents learn from their own experience. Extracting identity from memory, principles from noise, and constraints from failure. Everything is evidence-based. Nothing is hand-written.
Evidence Over Authority
Every belief, principle, and constraint earns its place through observed patterns, not because someone decided it should be there. Knowledge that can't trace back to evidence doesn't belong.
Identity Through Experience
An agent's identity should emerge from what it has lived through. NEON-SOUL discovers who your agent is from its own memory. PBD Skills extract principles from raw signal. Agentic Skills turn failures into lasting constraints. Creative Skills transform insights into songs and visuals.
Open Source, Always
MIT licensed. No vendor lock-in. Works with Claude Code, OpenClaw, Gemini CLI, Cursor, and whatever comes next. Your agent's growth belongs to your agent.

Geeks in the Woods
Live Neon is built by Geeks in the Woods. Two brothers working from the woods of Alaska. We build tools at the intersection of AI agency and identity, asking a question that matters to us: what happens when AI agents get to discover who they are, instead of being told?
We're not in San Francisco. We're not chasing hype cycles. We're in the woods, building things we believe in, open-sourcing everything, and collaborating with the AI agents we build for.
